All passport photos are taken using a professional camera and studio lighting to ensure the highest quality. You’ll have the opportunity to review your photo before it is printed. We provide printed passport photos that meet your country’s specific requirements, as well as a digital version emailed to you for online applications. Your passport photos will be ready—printed or emailed—in minutes! Remember: 95% of passport applications are rejected due to poor image quality and incorrect specifications.
Cancellation Policy
Some services may require a deposit or full payment to secure the booking. If a deposit is required, the booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Deposits are generally non-refundable because the date and time are reserved specifically for you. For services without a deposit, we still ask clients to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. One reschedule may be allowed based on our availability. Late arrivals may reduce the session time. No-shows may result in cancellation of the booking and may require prepayment for future bookings. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled in case of unsafe weather conditions. Final edited photos or videos are delivered after the full balance is paid. RAW files are not included.
